Absolutely! Many of our customers prefer to order via WhatsApp. Just send us a message with your name, phone number, delivery address, and how many kits you'd like. We'll confirm your order and arrange delivery. It's the fastest way to order!

No minimum order! You can order just one Magic Water Elf kit and we'll deliver it. However, we offer free delivery on orders with 2 kits or more , so ordering multiple kits (for gifts or siblings) saves you even more.

The Magic Water Elf is designed for children ages 2 and up. For children ages 2–4, we recommend adult supervision during the activity. Kids ages 5+ can typically use the kit independently by following the illustrated instructions. It's engaging enough that even older kids (8–10) enjoy the creative color-mixing aspect!

Yes! All materials are 100% non-toxic and skin-safe. The kit is CE certified and meets international toy safety standards. However, as with all small toys, we recommend supervision for children under 3 to prevent ingestion of small pieces.

Each kit contains enough gel and calcium powder to make 40+ creatures, depending on the size of the molds you use.

The 12 sea creature molds include: 🦀 Crab, 🐋 Whale, 🦕 Dinosaur, 🐙 Octopus, 🐠 Fish, 🦞 Lobster, 🦄 Seahorse, 🍓 Strawberry, 🎃 Pumpkin, 🐸 Frog, 🦋 Butterfly, and ⭐ Starfish. Each mold is 3D and creates a detailed, adorable creature!

Yes! Color mixing is one of the most fun parts. The included color chart shows you how to mix the 12 base colors to create new shades. For example: Blue + Yellow = Green, Red + Yellow = Orange, Blue + Red = Purple. Kids love experimenting with their own color combinations!

The creatures remain solid and squishy as long as they stay in water. If you remove them from water and let them dry, they will gradually shrink and harden over several days, becoming small keepsakes. Many kids enjoy watching this transformation too! To keep them squishy, store them in a water container.

Yes! We offer free delivery to all regions of Lebanon for orders above 50$ . The price you see is the price you pay. For orders below 50$, you should pay for delivery.

You'll receive a WhatsApp message when your order is shipped with an estimated delivery time. The delivery driver will also call you 30 minutes before arriving. For Cash on Delivery orders, please have the exact amount ready.

If your kit arrives damaged or with missing pieces, simply send us a photo via WhatsApp and we'll send a replacement immediately at no cost. Your satisfaction is our priority.
